We provide delivery and setup throughout Indiana and surrounding states. Delivery costs depend on distance and equipment complexity. Most local deliveries (within 50 miles of Mishawaka) are included; we'll quote distance-based fees upfront. All equipment is insured during transport.

Standard setup times vary by scope: PA systems typically need 2–4 hours, lighting rigs 2–3 hours, and full production packages 4–6 hours. We arrive early to conduct sound checks and ensure proper integration with your venue's infrastructure. Rush setups available for additional fees.
QDo you carry insurance? What about liability?
Yes, AudioBahn Productions carries full general liability and equipment coverage. We recommend clients carry their own event liability insurance, and we can coordinate with your venue's requirements. Equipment damage responsibility is detailed in our rental agreement — talk to us about options.
QCan you source equipment that isn't in our catalog?
Absolutely. We have relationships with major vendors across North America. If you need specialty gear not on our listing, let us know in your inquiry and we'll source it, handle logistics, and manage setup. Lead time and fees apply depending on the item and availability.
QWhat if I need technical support during the event?
We include a crew technician for most jobs to monitor audio/lighting and handle any issues in real time. For equipment-only rentals, we provide setup and a quick walkthrough. Remote support available by phone if needed. Premium tech support packages available upon request.
QAre deposit/cancellation policies flexible?
Deposits are typically 30–50% and are refundable up to 14 days before the event. Cancellations within 7 days may incur fees depending on circumstances. Contact us directly for your specific situation — we work with clients on a case-by-case basis.
